Mythily Sivarajah is a civil litigation attorney who represents employees in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations and other employment matters.
Ms. Sivarajah received her B.S. from Cornell University in 2000 with a major in Industrial and Labor Relations and was a Cornell National Scholar. She obtained her J.D. from the University of San Francisco in 2007, where she received the American Bar Association/Bureau of National Affairs Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law. While in law school, she was an extern at California's Fair Employment and Housing Commission, an intern at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Legal Unit and participated in a clinic representing low-wage employees in wage and hour conferences and hearings and EEOC mediations.
Ms. Sivarajah is admitted to practice in all California state courts and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the California Employment Lawyer's Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the South Asian Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
