Matthew M. Schroeder is a civil litigation attorney who focuses on toxic tort litigation and asbestos litigation. 

Mr. Schroeder received his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2005 with a major in Political Science and a minor in English, and his J.D. from Southwestern Law School (Los Angeles) in 2010. While at Southwestern, he served as a Notes & Comments Editor for the Southwestern Journal of International Law and was published for his comment on the international impact of plastic pollution in the Pacific Ocean (16 SW. J. INT’L L. 265 (2010)). 

In 2009, Mr. Schroeder served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable S. James Otero of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Schroeder is admitted to practice in all California state courts and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California.
